By accessing or using the Kontraktor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use of Platform

Kontraktor is a matching platform connecting project owners (clients) and verified professionals (contractors). We facilitate communication and bidding, but we do not employ contractors or take responsibility for the quality of the physical work performed.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kontraktor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our platform.
